Yes! We have every build certified by Pacific West Tiny Homes, a third party inspection service that holds our builds to the highest standards. If you would like to learn more information about PWTH click HERE.
Each build is unique, but most take about 8 weeks to build from start to finish. However, we do have a waitlist and the total time from purchase can vary depending on the builds we have ahead of yours.
We do not offer financing ourselves, but we have partnered with Acorn Finance to find a loan for your tiny home. Click HERE to get started!
We do not deliver them but we can recommend a few third party delivery companies depending on your location.
